Role Overview:As a Transportation and Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, liaising with drivers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation services for developmentally disabled individuals in the Greater Sacramento Area
• Develop and maintain transportation schedules
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of clients
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be 25 years of age or older
